Over the past few weeks we have run a number “Directions” Workshops to reflect on the consulting works undertaken over the past 2 years and refocus project pursuits in 2021.
Workshops were held separately with the “Strategic Development / Management Support Team” and the “Project Management / Design Team” to collectively understand capability strength and to better align future pursuits.
These workshops were fruitful in sharing ideas, updating teams on the recent projects undertaken and better aligning pursuits with team capability. List of works undertaken by these teams over the past two years are now included on our Website.
Thanks to the Associates that participated, and also to both the Blue Duck Restaurant in Cottesloe and Workshop38 in Applecross for providing the perfect venues and catering for these events.
GFG Consulting presented at the IPWEA Function at the City of Canning’s office:
Site Contamination
Working on developing your old landfill and other legacy sites, contaminated land risk management considerations and costs.
The presenters were Glen Flood and Glen Alexander.
One of the case studies was the Centenary Park Project we worked on for the City of Canning, a former tip site.
This event was a huge success.
Thanks Glen Alexander!
The GFG October Sundowner was a great success and provided a fantastic opportunity to meet our Associates, understand GFG Consulting’s
collective capability, and formally introduce Dr David Deeley who is heading up our new Environmental Services offering.
GFG Consulting has recently been engaged to undertake a number of projects providing project management, organisational review, and strategic management support. That said, we have grown significantly during 2015 and now have access to a wide range of Associates with a broad skill set.
The 2016 May Soiree was a great success and provided a fantastic opportunity to meet our Associates and Clients and understand GFG Consulting’s collective capability.
Our Guest Speakers were Dr David Deeley (Bushfire Planning & Design, The Swan Canning Estuary Regulations, and Green Plan Live) and Simon Bowen (Communicating Complex Ideas to a Complex Audience).
Below are some of the photos from the event.
